and the strongest will be in parts of southern delaware through sussex county along the delaware beaches're looking at chester county and delaware county. all snow expected, heaviest at 3:00 a.m. then we'll see snow falling in philadelphia. the heaviest snow at 3:00 a.m. low visibility for everyone with that blowing snow around so we expect that. now we're looking into interior new jersey where we could have the highest snow fall totals, the heaviest snow starting at 4:00 a.m., the strongest winds will be closest to the shore gusting near 60 miles an hour. so it is going to be very windy along the shore, that's where we have the flooding concerns. montgomery and bucks county we could see 10 to 14 inches, heaviest snow around 6:00 a.m. tonight, though, we'll stay dry, 22 for the low in philadelphia, 15 areas north and west. tomorrow we'll see a dry day to snow at night. 33-36 degrees through the afternoon and then we see snow moving in. again, a very close call for the evening commute as we go into delaware but for the rest of the area we'll see that snow really covering by midnight and 3

more tide of concern, sunday morning at 7:26, a.m., anywhere a along the new jersey coast, the delaware beaches, the the back bays, and even for the delaware bay itself on both sides into the delaware river at delaware city, we have an astronomically higher than normal tide because of the the near full moon. tomorrow morning tidies around 7:26. it could be worse. there could be worse flooding then there was this past high tide, just because, it is a higher astronomical tide then it was a few hours ago. as we look ahead to the next few days a few good things going here and some bad. sunshine will be back both days on sunday and monday with temperatures above freezing. you will get a lot of melting during the day. however, once the sunsets these temperatures will crash. so we will have a quick refreeze, each night, and have to have some black ice during the morning rush hours, so definitely, if you are cleaning up the sidewalk, the driveways you will definitely want to throw some rack salt out each night because they will all refreeze the the next few nights. when cecily tynan comes back she will

seems pretty sure that we will get a coastal storm, which means, major effect at the jersey and delaware beaches, as far as beach errosion, high winds, those kind of things. so what we do know is the timing. friday night into saturday, probably all day on saturday. temperatures will be on either side of freezing, which is why we are talking about little bit of mixing, the track and intensity still the uncertainties, in this forecast. the track shifts north, we'll see more of mix with rain around the i95 corridor, which means here in philadelphia. the track shift south, it looks like the heavy snow may stay to our south. doesn't mean we won't get anything, but the bull's eye if you will will be in delaware, virginia, north carolina, again, not a big convergence, and lot of different snowfall totals we're seeing this morning, so the northern track, the global forecast model that we call the gfs, and i-95 -- i95, we could get a foot of snow out of this either way. but it would be blowing around. we can count on high winds with this coastal storm, as well. then with this european model, it keeps the
