the killer strangled delores rivers and left her body in the bat tube.om crime and that's what has left the family at a loss. paul wagner with tonight 's rewind to the crime. >>reporter: on a recent weekday afternoon, a half a dozen homicide detectives decided to revisit the billing where delores rivers was found murder ed in november of last year. since then, investigators have been trying to learn who the 75 year old may have allow into her apartment sometime after 4 p.m. on saturday, november when i went in there. some are cloudy. i could see straight to the front door of the front entrance. she would have looked through the peep hole. and questioned you over and over again before she opened the door . karen nil son and angela barnes say they are mother wouldn't open the door to anybody she didn't know. the sisters learning what happened to her mom when angela received a call from her brother. he was crying on the phone and said i found mom in the bathroom. she's in the tub and she's not breathing. i'm panicking trying to figure out, you know what --
