it came after mount mckinley was renamed mount denali. it caused an uproar with republicans critical of the change. there is a petition to change region airport in the d.c. area back to the original name in honor of george washington. a spokesperson said the name was changed in 1998 despite protests by national leaders, locals and airport employees. the petition's goal is 75,000. it is known for being vocal about political causes it supports. >>> this weekend rescuers have been unable to find a blue whale entangled in heavy fishing line. a tour boat captain spotted the 80-foot whale friday. rescuers tracked it down and cut free some of the line and attached a buoy to it in the last two days, though, there has been no sign of the whale or the buoy. marine mammal experts say the whale could survive months or longer depending how its entangled if the line wraps around the mouth, the what will could starve. private boaters joined in the search and the whale will be found because of the massive effort. >> coming up next, action figures come to
