we did contact the city of denver, the mayor's office, right here in the city and county building and they say they have not been served with this lawsuit comment on it. i want to break it down and show you what is inside the 36- page document. basically being filed on behalf of nine homeless people. eight men, and one woman. and they allege that the city of denver has policies that treats them unfairly. they say these policies stretch back for a couple of years. and mainly, it was brought to a head, with the homeless sweeps that started happening a few months ago, and in which the city was clearing out sidewalks, and taking away all of the grocery carts and trash bags and things that you see, possessions, and personal property, and even some medical records, of homeless people, who were treated unfairly. and now in this lawsuit, it says the city committed acts that were quote willful, wanton, malicious, and invasive. and they violated the fourth amendment rights against unlawful search and seizure according to the lawsuit and detailed several distances where those possessions were ta

builders in parts of denver are building loophole and the city wants it to stop. the city of denver has decided to temporarily stop issuing permits for "garden court townhomes." these townhomes are very similar to building... except they have wide corridors. the cherry creek neighborhood association says the structures destroy the character of the neighborhood. their argument- the new buildings look more like apartment complexes than neighborhood townhomes. right now there are 6 developers requesting garden court townhome permits, 3 approvals are wells fargo bank will pay a more than three and a half million dollar fine... over student loan practices. a federal consumer protection advovate says the company misled student loan borrowers and some people paid unnecessary fees. the protection bureau says the bank charged on- time payers with late fees, didn't help borrowers take steps to minimize fees and left credit report errors uncorrected. welss fargo says it's already fixed the problems and disagrees with the still pay the fine. sometimes, when people over-do the
