a group of concerned residents are meeting with dhec officials to discuss a controversial sewer project tonight. officials say the lower richland sewer project - which would bring sewer service to areas where many homes still rely on septic tanks - is needed to fix environmental issues. but, the hopkins and lower richland citizens united group says the study that cites the environmental issues is outdated. they're also worried about the cost.
