cbs 2's diane macedo spoke with the girl's mother who says the accused driver showed little remorse. >> reporter: jamie says she will never be able to forget the moment an suv driver hit daughter as they walked hand in hand to school on monday morning. he needs to be locked up she says in spanish about the man behind the wheel. surveillance video showed the point the man hit the two of them in west new york. cory says the driver got out, looked at them, uttered a curse word and took off without even an apology.
