i'm dion lim. >> i'm dan ashley. san jose police are releasing few details about about what happened. >> abc 7 news reporter katie marzullo has the latest. >> reporter: san jose police investigating an officer-involved shooting in east san jose. it happened here at a home on feller street. police telling us tonight that the suspect is in custody as well as being treated for nonlife-threatening injuries. there are no other suspects at this time and no one else was hurt. we've talked with neighbors here in the area and they tell us the woman who lives at the home in question is known for walking her dog around the neighborhood and otherwise seems quiet, she sometimes represents a room in her house to a tenant. as far as why police were called to the house, why they drew their guns and fired, we don't know at this time. we understand the police chief will be giving a statement tomorrow. in a terrible coincidence, this is actually the second officer-involved shooting on this street. it was on the fourth of july in 2016 t
