is the programmatic disability southwest have. heard of the aging. and disability centers before? this is new in the fact that we're working collaboratively. with eight different organizations. providing services. to 12 sights. throughout san francisco. that is information assistance. and referral. in the previous model. there are many staff spread out. the challenge was. we had the spread out resources. we had all of these locations. but really. the staff were. let's say for example. they were at one location. every tuesday from 1 to 5. but that was it. it became challenging for people. that was the closest site to them. but they couldn't make the time. so with this model and site. i will list them soon. they are open five days a week. except for one site. they are closed on wednesday's. and the sites that are working collaboration in the aging and disability resource center. is the richmond senior center. monday. activity center. out of the ocean. merced. and engel wood single center. open house. which is located at the lgbt community center. tool works. senior connections. 30th

people with disabilities. women, others, not willing to be out in the street in the middle of the neat -- night to get a shelter bed reservation. however many people call that day, that is lottery and you indicate which one you want to stay on. we didn't know how many people wanted beds and didn't know how many people would stay and this is a problem for us that have problems. speaking rapidly we don't have bunks. there is never an issue with someone getting assigned a top bunk k which they are not able to access. many of the clients have told me that they have been treated very well by the staff and very respectfully and it's been a big help. one of the things they did by identifying how many women wanted shelter not accessed through a live system and we opened for the first time an emergency winter shelter for women. for 25 years, the loma prieta the san francisco winter council has had a shelter that moved during the winter months. i was going to say the wet months but cold. what we are table do is the gold

by people with disabilities. it took place in enchanted hills camp p. which is part of the height house for the blind camp. in napa the first weekend in may. the committee through the paul lawn institute. screened about 80 films. we watch the about 20 of them. starting late friday evening to early sunday. there was a lot of popcorn. bean bags. and coffee. the longest was 75 minutes. the shortest film was three minutes. they had an interesting process. where. if we watch the film. we would stop five minutes into it. and take a vote about whether we want to go on and watch it. i have to say. for the most part. there were only two films. we said. we're done. we can't watch any more. they're well screened by the committee. and very interesting. that is really all i can tell you. it's a very interesting experience. all the people that were part of the jury were people that had some type of a disability. we chose some awards on the final day. none of which of course i can
