auto mall parkway to dixon landing road it's slow. the good news at dixon landing road, speeds from red to yellow. the speeds are improving so i think whatever it was possibly in lanes or the big distraction is starting to clear. the earlier crash left a couple vehicles there, started the early backup there. hopefully a chance to recover through that portion of fremont headed down into silicon valley. peninsula south 101 throw is whipple avenue. belmont a crash blocks the slow lane, big rig and a car wedged together, trying to pull that vehicle from the big rig, but no major injuries. it just sounds dramatic. the south bay starts with the northbound push but nothing dramatic there. vasco you're about 40 minutes now slow from marsh creek road at the interchange down smooth drive until you approach the merge with just one lane down to the last stretch, where we typically see the slowing headed toward 580. no incidents, just the commute and over here of course the build as well for concord and walnut creek, and the bay bridge toll plaza.
