values, but it wasn't just donald trump. remember that both jeb bush and ted cruz had said that they would only allow syrian refugees if they were christians. this so much flies in the face of where the u.s. has always been. back to 1776 when they wrote the statute of religious freedom. >> when this first came out and we were all discussing when donald trump first mentioned it, there were questions of how would that even be implemented? how would it happen? it's not really possible. so for those who still think that is the case and don't know how legally donald trump would be able to do that if he wanted to, why the need for the bill? >> well, we certainly hope that any attempt by a president trump to do that would be ruled unconstitutional. we also wanted to make a very clear, strong statement that this is not who the american people were. there were many leaders including republican leaders who called him out when he said that. we just wanted to make sure that congress also was on record saying no, this is not who we are.

i think the best way for donald trump to come back is donald trump by association. if he can start surrounding himself with strong women, people who are proopponents of women, it's going the make him seem better, stronger. i think his daughter ivanka is one of those but there are many others that are going to be coming out and will be coming out for him. >> the whole point, by hillary. as a woman, i kind of took offense at this, when she says she is basically going to outsource economic issues to her husband. i thought as a woman, as a supposedly strong woman, she looked very weak in that regard. and obviously, the whole thing boom ranged, did it not? >> it absolutely did. i dial tested this twice this week with two different sets of audiences. even the democrats were devastated by this. the bottom line is this, the number one most important issue to americans today is jobs and the economy. if the economy is going to say look i'm going to give that job over to my husband. it makes it seem flip, glib, makes it seem she is not qualified and like a throw back to a time

donald trump is spot-on.n't want to have taxpayer money to go to puerto rico to bail them out. i don't want wisconsin taxpayers to spend my money there. this is a bill we're going to put down tomorrow. we're going to put in a control board to get the finances under control but number two, they have no mechanism for restructuring so we're going to allow a forum for which the bondholders on the island can negotiate their debt. if they can't come to a joint resolution, they can access the courts and have the courts help them resolve the debt. it's true, they have too much debt. what you see is when you have massive debt, it creates a lack of investment on the island, which creates poverty. there's 45% poverty rates on the island of puerto rico. if we don't act right now, that is going to only get worse. more people are going to flee the island and come to the mainland. and so i'm hopeful that we're going to get a bipartisan bill that comes out of the committee and out of the house that will go to the senate. i h

continuing to attack donald trump on businesses and that he has failings, i think it speaks -- donald trump and his supporters are going to get out there and say over 80% of small businesses fail every year. people continually try to get back on that horse. donald trump can speak to that. i may have had businesses fail but i kept getting up there. that's what i'm going to do. when you are attacking somebody for failing in a business -- >> he doesn't acknowledge any business failures? >> he doesn't like to use the b word. >> that's donald trump and that's how he speaks. i can't speak for him. i think i would worry that hillary attacks trump on housing market and comments there because people look at what bill clinton did with community reinvestment act that started with fannie and freddie investing in housing and led the market to explode with 80% of their mortgages being in these small affordable housing. so he took advantage of that. just like elizabeth warren and her using the line that i went in and flipped a house and i was able to -- that's the same thing. >> we'll talk more abou

donald trump says he is pro-life.e specific thing he would do to protect the sanctity of human life. can you? >> i think that what we're doing and i think it is an important element in what i've done, i've become pro-life. i was in a meek fashion, pro-choice, but i've become pro-life and the reason is i've seen, in my case, one specific situation, but numerous situations that have made me to go that way. i will protect it and the biggest way you can protect it is through the supreme court and putting people in the court. actually the biggest way to protect it, i guess, is by electing me president. >> so you'll get a judge that would over throw, over turn roe v wade. >> over turn or -- i'll put conservative judges on. one of the biggest things happening in terms thif election are, you know, it could be as many as five judges will be appointed over the next four and a half years. we're talking about five judges and i think probably the most important thing that one -- one of the most important things other than the secu
