i don't know if it's donald trump 2 point. oh but it is a very different he just by looking at his brief passage earlier on the when he left the trunk tower, his shoulders were sagging. i think the donald trump, when he gets into the docket today before the judge for the 1st time. this is not something that lawyers can protect him or his corporation. his corporation shield can protect him. he is sitting in judgment and i think it is very chilling affair has a very chilling effect on every one. ah, and i think it really will affect him. now. that's not to say that he won't go out later. it's all depends on the specific charges, as well as the instructions from the judge regarding what he can and cannot say, due to the fact that if threats are made towards the district attorney or the judge or any others in the judicial process, there could be some serious violations, and i think he's push that limit on social media in the past is pushed that limit at his rallies, going back to 2015 so he may have a gag order that least protects

to me, this is donald trump. you don't bring a knife to a gunfight, so we don't know what we don't know. but this was not, and i mean, i think that that's in some ways. it doesn't even matter what order this came in, i think either way, whether this is the first case of the last case, i think the burden um in a case involving a former president is a lot more information a lot more legal justification for the charges, and it is puzzling as the previous panel with anderson was just discussing why the statutes that would make this a felony weren't even laid out clearly and so that people can really see what laws they're alleging that he broke. i think that's really puzzling to me because the public interest in this case is so high as a prosecutor, i think the legal underpinnings of all of this really does need to be rock solid. you know, i'm i'm not a lawyer. i can't say whether this is going to be a good case or bad case. will they win or will they lose? it's clearly not a slam dunk case at and it seems very clear
