the el dorado county sheriff's department does not suspect foul play. yesterday, 135-people scoured the wilderness near pollock pines. and san francisco' s mayor wants to increase the minimum wage in the city to 15 -dollars an hour. mayor ed lee and the board of supervisors introduced the measure yesterday for the november ballot. it would raise the wage to 12-dollars and -25-cents next year, 13- dollars in 2016, then 14-dollars in 2017. and then by 2018, it would be 15-dollars an hour. el cerrito police are looking a man who attacked an elderly woman and stole her car. this is the suspect: terrance hardy. police say, he carjacked an 89-year-old woman on sunday. at the c-v-s pharmacy on san pablo avenue. according to police, hardy punched the woman in the parking lot, pulled her out of her car and drove away. the woman suffered a broken collar bone and broken ribs. hardy is on paroleand may still be driving the victim's white 1992 toyota camry. homeowners in berkeley's oceanview neighborhood are fed up and desperate for a change. they say. after decades
