having cameras or more importantly individuals having cameras i mean i've done a lot with cup block dot org over the years one of the early the founders and kind of funders of that and i've seen a lot of police encounters and i've seen how cameras have changed those police encounters for the better in most instances it's certainly true that there have been instances of police freaking out about cameras becoming more violent as a result of that but i think overall it's a good policy to report...
