i'm doug shimell for nbc 10 news. >> now, looking over in new castle, the traffic is moving well there. >> and we have tim furlong there checking on the conditions there. >> and yes, the snow has not kept people away are from the christiana mall here. popular for people today, and you can see, we didn't get more snow here, but it is a coating. we were driving down from wilmington, and the roads were bad. but i like this spot, because you can see the snow coming with the fine mist across with the wind, and in is where delaware route 1 meets up with 95 and churchman crossing and you can see the salt truck coming by and nothing to plow now. but like glenn said, the road surface and the travel lane is not bad, but down to the sides and the untreated roads and the on ramps, and the off ramps, and looking at the on ramps coming down from the malcolm plex, you could see there it is coated at this point. so you have to be careful. there are slick spots, and we were coming down from wilmington, and we had to take it slow, 25, 30 miles per hour, and most people are slow coming up. we talked to t
