police have reopened the 12 street bart station following an investigation a fatal shooting in downtown oakland last night. the shooting happened at 13th street and broadway. it was reported that the 1430. bart police shut down the 12 street station to look for suspects. passengers were evacuated and drains were not allowed to stop at that station. it reopened about one hour later. >> in san francisco police have surveillance video of the car involved in a deadly shooting earlier this month. the victim 23 year-old j. ernesto acosta was in the intersection of hayes and webster when he was shot and killed. this surveillance video from inside a cab dropping off passengers are just before shots were fired. than a few seconds later the suspect's car speeds by on the left of your screen. police said the car is a white 2010 to the 2012 2010e-s 350. investigators say he has no criminal history which lisa to believe the shooting was random. >> there is no reason why we believe anyone will want to kill this man. >> investigators are hoping someone will have left the jazz club addressing something that wo

after a restaurant worker was robbed in downtown oakland. this was the scene near 10th street and jefferson. oakland's police chief says, when officers arrived. a witness pointed out what was believed to be. three teen suspects police say, an officer recieved a threat from one of the teens. and fired a shot. those teenagers were then detained. until police determined they were *not tied to the robbery. police say, the victim's injury is not life- threatening. and the incident is under investigation. haamaid zaid, the man who police say, crashed his car into a san jose walmart on easter sunday. has now been charged with attempted murder. zaid made a brief court appearance today. where he was arraigned on multiple counts of assault. hit and run. reckless driving and the attempted murder charge. prosecutors now say, there is evidence that before he drove his car into the store and attacked customers. zaid was driving wildly around an east san jose neighborhood. frightening residents there. additional drug charges are pending. if convicted, he fa
