the fight to keep the rays right here in downtown st. pete is going to come down to three different master plans that city officials are going to be presenting to city council later on today. but it's not just about redeveloping the trop. this is also about redeveloping all of this land down here in downtown st. pete and trying to turn this area into a much more lively place than it is now. so if the city has its way we will see a public private partnership go up. that could include an entertainment district, possibly some sort of research and educational district, possibly housing, businesses and restaurants. of course, the ideal situation for the city is to have the rays build their new stadium here. if they do not, we will see redevelopment happen anyway. but it's redevelopment that 30 years ago the city used imminent domain. city leaders say this time around things are going to be different and including the community will be a priority for a project they say is best for this area. >> the opportunity so monumental for our city without que
