and also, i think i would like to just credit the work of dr. ken west-hughes in canada whose work on mobbing focused primarily on higher educational mobbing in higher ed. and then also, i would like to include doctors ruth and gary nami, the founders and directors of the workplace bullying institute for their tireless work in both trying to understand these processes and in trying to generate awareness and solutions. so, i thought that i would start with maybe just might want to take a peek at the results of two std studies to do with job satisfaction and negative outcomes in the workplace for those who were targets of nonviolent workplace aggression that was not sexual harassment in nature. so you'll see in the first study job satisfaction was low er for those experiencing nonviolent workplace aggression than for those experiencing nonviolent workplace sexual aggression. and then in the second one, outcomes of workplace abuse were more negative across a continuum that included add included, attitudes than workplace harassment. this is not to sugge

dr. diwan would be or was enga engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with her. in legal filings kanta diwan denied the allegations. daniel jack is durnell's attorney. he works with lawyer kenr who is a fox 29 contributor. he claims diwan abuse abused his client at her weakest moments. >> he took the most vulnerable people and in a selfish way and a reprehensible way took advantage of their vulnerable. dr. diwan in response to the lawsuit and under questioning by jack says he never sexually abused durnell. >> do you deny all those allegations. >> yes. you never touched her inappropriately. >> no. >> you've never kissed her. >> no. >> either in a non sexual way or in a sexual way? >> no. >> reporter: this is not the first time diwan has been accused of sexually abusing his patients. in 2011, he signed a consent agreement with pennsylvania regulators when three female patients stepped forward to say that he had abused them. he admitted no guilt or wrongdoing but voluntarily agreed to give up his medical license permanently. the patients appear in the document by their initials only. their claims meara durnell says happened to her and include some admissions by dr. diwan. resp
