do you want to start with fremont of dublin? >> we're going to start with dublin. we had some earlier power issues on the hayward to fremont line. and now we have issues on the dublin line. brian flores is here to break it down for us. brian, have you seen any commuters out there that are looking like they are frustrated or late? >> reporter: no. we were seeing some commuters thinking it's a normal day. and there were issues on bart as you've been talking about. we're live at the fremont bart station where trains are running through here. but earlier there was an electrical problem that deadened the tracks between hayward and fremont. there are some residual delays. this line is running. and the other issue this morning is between dublin and castro valley. and there's ongoing power issues, and from what we understand, trains are running through that area as well. these are the four car trains, not the longer trains that typically run. they have a bunch of bart cars at the end of the line that they store and the issue is that they can't take the cars outs to extend

fremont line dublin-pleasanton, was affected this morning. right now bart says everything is getting back on track only minor delays now. at one point they were running shortedde -- shorter trains. they now have eight to ten cars on every train. hopefully they will be back to speed quickly. five- to ten-minute delays better than about a half-hour ago so dublin-pleasanton line and fremont line are now getting back on track from earlier power issues with bart. the rest of mass transit we haven't had any problems for ace, caltrain and muni. metering lights are on. you're busy coming off the eastshore freeway this morning. we are seeing drive times around 23 to 24 minutes so in the yellow slow-and-go there. also getting word of some delays westbound 580 as you approach the bay bridge this morning. here's a look at conditions in and out of the maze. you can see traffic is stacked up. starting to see some brake lights northbound 880 past the coliseum. southbound everything is good through oakland right around hayward when you will see a couple of b
