not a dui but a drunken disturbance arrest. here's his mugshot there which was a real beaut.tly with his son at the time. this happened april 15th his wife and nicolas cage went to pick up his son. 5 years old at a friend's house. alice, by the way, was driving but apparently a witness saw him actually pick up his son and drop him. skinned his knee. the police are now looking into this in terms of child endangerment issues. so this is continuing on. but apparently that night of drinking is not boding very well for nicolas cage. >> the story has turned sad in a way. >> yes, right. >>> lindsay lohan back in the news. on friday a judge sentenced her to 120 days for violating probation and then she was bailed out and now lawyers appealed. it could take months to work all of that out. but get this, because of the ruling she has to enroll in the community service program with the l.a. county morgue where she will literally empty the trash, vacuum, clean the restrooms and working in the morgue in all of these dead bodies. she won't be touching the bodies but cleaning that up area, s
