mark mcclellan joins us from the duke university center. always good to have you. we heard of the eli lilly treatment when the president came down with covid. now they will try to roll it out. how big of a deal is it? >> connell, this is important. it's a treatment that in the early clinical studies, these were well-done clinical trials shows substantial reduction in the risk of hospitalization. that is especially important for older people. people who have other illnesses and people who are obese. very important reduction much risk, perhaps as much as from 10% risk of hospitalization down to 3%. the big challenge is, as you were just saying is going to be making this treatment available. it has got to be given through an infusion. you can't do it at home. can't do it at a pharmacy. got to do it with a special facility set up for covid patients so nobody else gets sick. it has to be done pretty quickly after you develop symptoms. this is another reminder why, if you have symptoms, especially if you're in a risk group, it is important to get tested, to find out if y
