the next page, as you know, e.m.s. has -- we have two more e.m.s. staff that begin soon. we should be getting another ship that starts -- shift that starts on saturday. we will have a shift that goes from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and that another shift that will go from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. we will see how that overlapping works. the commission is also interested in our can administration. there is a form there that separates the narcan that was used by the battalion and identifiable home addresses and nonidentifiable home addresses. i think the all-inclusive extensive report is covered. so not surprisingly, the ambulances and what we call the e.m.s. services, they brought their own version of electronic health records and they have a whole different electronic standard. we were able to map those standards together so that if a patient is seen by an ambulance in the field, they are able to connect and do the same kind of korey about patient formation and transmit that to the hospital or anywhere they want and pilots that we have done that came out of some initial successful pilots out of southern california, we did one in sacramento with the county fire to reduce unnecessary transfers for high utilizers who generally are not, because they are not connected to community providers, or they have had behavioral health needs, and this is where we actually put an advanced practice practitioner in the van or in the ambulance, and it they were to respond to a call and add it and get the patient coordinated right in the field without a transfer to the emergency department, saving millions of dollars per year. another thing that we have act

it is constructing a new facility for the e.m.s. section of the fire department. an n.p.p. was issued in october 22 of 2015, and steel erection started in july. i'm happy to report in the early part of august, just a few weeks ago, we've completed the steel erection, and we've had a very nice and formal steel topping off ceremony with the fire department and the contractor. so this project is well under way. at this point, we're on target to complete the project by winter of 2020. there are some photos at the become of the slide, highlighting some of the steel that has been completed now, as of today. moving to the neighborhood fire station component, under this component, we're tracking two scopes of work. the main one is the host tower removal project. there has been an assessment done that the host tower that currently at six remaining fire stations will create a seismic vulnerability in the event of a majority event, and so the project is to remove that scope tower. and the other is replacing the existing emergency generator at three fire locations. so this -- the host
