you seem almost emotional talking about what happened in the e.r. that day. can you spoke whether there was a difference in this case than other trauma incidents you've worked on? >> sure. i think part of it is usually you're working on a shift and so when you're quote/unquote off duty and you get a call, that's unexpected. to see something of this magnitude is unexpected. to have it occur in our county is unexpected. you can't quantify lot of life, whether it be tourism attack or car accident or something like that. but, yeah, it sort of tests your faith in humanity in some respects to hear that this happened. if you're on site and you looked in to the eyes of the people who were working, they put aside all their emotions to take care of these six people and that was something special. and that should restore some faith in humanity. >> any questions over here? >> sadly at your hospital, in your emergency room, you're not unfamiliar with treating gunshot wounds. was there a difference in these wounds, in these people coming in? >> the number of people expecte
