eamon javers is in washington, and joins us right now with more eamon, what can you tell us. >> yeah,scene so can't tell you much more than what you've been reporting your heart breaks when you hear something like this. it is so shocking, yet it is unexpected in today's washington and we unfortunately we see incidents similar to this time and time again my mind goes back to the navy yard shooting of a couple of years ago. we've had incidents on the capitol complex over recent years where we've had mentally disturbed people engage in confrontations with the capitol police the capitol police have actually fired shots at people who are coming in to the capitol complex. this, though, is different in a sense that you get the feel that this is somebody who knew where this practice was being held and that this was specifically targeted and left sort of random situation. but, far too early to begin to speculate on who did this and why. but there's generally a couple of possibilities somebody who is mentally disturbed. somebody who has a domestic political agenda and somebody who has an intern
