in the east bay. in connection with a deadly shooting. so we have a picture of the man they're looking for identified as 26 year-old juan lopez. the shooting happened the night of october 28th right along international boulevard and 100 and second avenue. police say lopez shot and killed a man identified as ppablo garcia junior. a woman was also wounded in that attack. police now offering a $15,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest in this case? well, in the south bay, there is a youth counselor who was arrested for assault of a minor. >> 27 year-old still feel yough aguilar was booked into the santa clara county jail on multiple counts. investigators say the assaults happened in a classroom and hover middle school in san jose. they say aguilar was working as a counselor with the organization. new hope in houston was assigned to that school at the time that assault was reported police say there may be more victims out there and they want anyone who has any information to please come forw

they've gotten up in the east bay. a spokesperson tells kron 4 that they're still evaluating exactly where those cameras should go. the governor's office previously said they'd be installed in alameda and contra costa counties along the main lines of 85, 80 state route 4. 24 1.85. well in the east bay, a brazen major smash-and-grab robbery is now being investigated. police say the robbers were armed with guns and took about $80,000 worth of cameras and equipment right in front of customers and employees kron four's. dan thorn has that story from dublin. >> mike's camera in dublin still closed thursday night. it's because of this takeover robbery from the day before police say a handful of men were armed with handguns and hammers. it's a shock to the community and and >> the store. so we take this very seriously. this very rarely happens to video display cases being smashed by the armed robbers is being withheld. investigators say they do not want to read victimized the store employees. >> but in this clip, you see the

upper 40s, very likely for the inland east bay and north bay.will see a chance of showers coming in as early as late morning on tuesday. but notice the focus here, mainly north of san francisco. and it's really not a lot of moisture. the better part of this will be on the north coast. when you take a look at how much is expected to fall, tuesday into wednesday may not measure anything. better chances will be north of san francisco into the north bay. maybe a tenth of an inch of rain, better yet from mendocino county northward. one more chance comes in for friday. you notice this system too, weakens on approach, maybe a tenth of an inch of rain, and now high pressure builds in for next weekend. that's going to lead to mid-60s for highs but on the heels of a warm christmas day forecast, the following week now, the seven to ten-day forecast brings more chances of rain. at least it's not as cold as we move forward throughout week. morning temperatures back into the 40s for most locations. from san francisco to the inland valleys. a few shower chance

the focus will be heavy rain along the peninsula, east bay and south bay. atmospheric river is set up. we will zoom up to concord, walnut, pleasant hill, highway four, this is just a mess with heavy rain falling. it is a similar story as you work through san leandro, castro, san lorenzo. this is an area that has been in this heavy rain band for the past 40 minutes. we have a flood advisory in effect for this area of roadways because of a lot of standing water. this is san jose 101, is wet on the camera. by 9:00 a.m., that is the worst rain and wind. after 9:00 a.m. we will wipe up the showers and for the next three hours is the worst of this level 3 storm. our storm concerns have not changed. flooding on the road is very high, down tree power outages. by 10:30, the heavy rain is moving out and we will start to dry out. more wet weather is moving into the days ahead. i will show you that in the seven-day forecast. let's check in with sue to see how are doing with these traffic alerts. sue: bay bridge toll plaza, wet and windy conditions. 54 incidents at this
