north bay, east bay hills may see gusts about 35 miles per hour and that's what happens when high pressure builds in and storms miss us off to the east, and high pressure off to the west, and storms drop in east of the sierra, and we will get the honey skies and warmer temperatures and no real chances of rain in the forecast. here's the two-week outlook, kind of what we are seeing right now, the average cooler temperatures for next weekend, and then we thought we would try and fast-forward into march to see if things look any better. here's your 30-day outlook and it shows a little shine we could see near average rainfall returning for parts of the bay area around the second week of march the way things right now, in the meantime dry in southern and central california. that's a la nina pattern, and southern california tends to be drier. drier than average, and the 7-day forecast warmer than avenue, too. san francisco will be near 70 on tuesday. good for moving weather or outdoor exercise. valleys low 70s through the middle part of the week and trending cooler next weekend but we will watch
