closest to the coast, really just scraping past ocean, monmouth county, maybe it will extend into eastern burlington, but it is lifting north, so that particular ban was pretty much the best shot we have of seeing any kind of soaking rain, than official rain no less. but at least what's good is that the more significant drought concerns are actually confined to the coast. and out toward new england. so, this is going to be, again, beneficial rain for those folks. and otherwise it is mainly just scattered showers, if anything, really, for the rest of us. so, i would say, if you're not crazy about take your umbrella with us, you can probably get away without it, mainly morning event, then out of here later today. beyond that point, high pressure will regain it control, bring with it a nice little warming trend. so here's what you can expect in terms of bullet points when it comes to the rain, all spotty for the most part, steadiest as we mention eastern new jersey, not talking about much more than quarter of an inch if we're lucky, so yes, it will slow you down on the morning drive, but not by a lot.
