this is providing a lot of rain to areas of eastern portions of north carolina just off the coast here'll be watching this very closely. nice and warm for us. plenty of sunshine tomorrow. here's that northeast component of the wind. but it will really pick up during the day on sunday as that area of low pressure moves back to the coast. best chance of rain on sunday will be to the south of washington and i think sunday will be dry for just about all of us during the day. so that's very good news there. monday, however, a little bit of a different story. that area of low pressure making its way right up the coast. it will be very windy at the beaches this weekend. if you're thinking about going maybe ocean city or rehoboth expect 20 to 30-mile-per-hour winds and cooler numbers too. high temperatures only in the low 60s during the afternoon. we'll see an east wind. it will be cooler and wet on monday. but not an all day rain. we just expect to see some shower activity during the day. a few high clouds. a geat evening. enjoy it. i left out the "r". you know what i'm talking about. 64 to 7
