that is right at edmondson avenue. it's jammed from 95 there.ding on the west side at liberty road also going to be stacked and packed on the outer loop lanes right the liberty road heading toward 70. the inner loop lanes a much better scenario heading toward 75 and pikesville as well. a persistent problem on the jfx ask it completely shouts down the northbound lanes right between fayette street and north avenue. you will want to use charles street instead because the cars are inching along there. on the top end of the beltway a straight stack of cars as usual, from parkville toward towson on the outervill outer loop lanes. and there's a house fire so all of that activity shuts down all of route 7 at governor court. you will have to stick with the alternate. this has been a consistent scenario all throughout the morning. you can use bel air road throughout the morning. that's a look at the very hectic morning commute. patrice, back to you. >>> still ahead dream big. singer jewel tells us about her new album coming up. >>> and then from here i ca
