>>host: edward klein, water your politics? >> i would describe myself right of center. i am certainly not a liberal. my training lets the fact speak for itself that this country has been drifting in the wrong direction but it should be rite aid. >>host: have your politics changed? >> i think being conservative leaning. but that some social issues i am libertarian. >>host: were you surprised by the findings in your book? >> i live in the york and went to chicago. maybe my own prejudice, i expected african-americans would unanimously tell me how much they love barack obama. they are both black. what i found the leaders of the african american community, those who wore well educated or concerned about the direction of the country, they were urges pleased and disillusioned. today the national average of unemployment is 8.2% it is 14.1% in the african-american community. in some areas it could be 40%. they don't feel barack obama adequately addressed his economic policies with those in particular. >>host: you write obama was elected to a job he has little relish. he does not
