elizabeth holmes claim thad her company, theranos, could run dozens of tests with a tiny drop of your blood, but prosecutors say that wasn't the case. they claim holmes swindelled her investors by misleading them on what her machine could actually do and put patients' lives at risk with inaccurate results. if convicted, she could spend up to 20 years in prison. a lot is at stake and some of the biggest names could be called to testify. we've been talking about this case for years, and this fallout, what's the defense here for elizabeth holmes. does she say that no, her theranos worked? >> no, in fact just the opposite, for a while it looked like the defense. was going to be hey, every once in a while, venture capitalists put a lot of money into new startups and it just doesn't work and everybody moves on. that would be her defense. it looked like for a while. but recently some documents have come up that she might actually say that another, i guess, defendant in another trial, raw mesh bal juany was abusive to her and pulling some of the strings. that complicates things because holmes
