here's a look at emeryville right now. the highlights for the next day or so, featuring the spotty drizzle this morning. temperatures on the cool side of normal for today and tomorrow. j a slight chance of lightning as we continue to see some of this moisture interact with the upper level low. so the national weather service has issued a red flag warning from later on today into 7:00 monday morning from the sacramento valley over to the western sierra with a possibility of thunderstorms, lightning strikes and fire starts with low relative humidity. so this is what we are concerned about. any of this blowing off, getting closer to our higher elevations of the east bay, the north bay, mount shasta. keep a watchful eye on it. and once again, we will be looking at this area of low pressure not only continuing to keep the temperatures down, but it's going to mix out the marine layer temporarily. but overall it keeps us cooler than average. about 5 degrees cooler than average. so in terms of that burn-off today, here's a look at
