the relatives of emmett till reportedly want her to be arrested years later.n the church bombing, nearly four decades after it took place. talk to me why it is so important that justice be served in these cases even so many years later. >> well, justice should never be denied. it can be delayed, but it should never be denied. and i think the finding of this warrant is really an important development. i have for a long time felt like it would be very difficult to prosecute that woman for murder, with the way it turned out, she has made certain admissions but the murder case in the statute of limitations, i felt it was very tough but right now with this warrant, what you've got is authorities felt at the time, in the 1950s, there was enough evidence to charge her with kidnapping and under mississippi law, understand, there is no statute of limitations for kidnapping and i think that's a very different crime that you could possibly prove, given her testimony that she lied to authorize, given the fact that she talked to her husband, and the other man who had admit
