that is what caused the equifax data breach. was it simply a failure of the i.t. department to not do a firmware update that was simply to be done. -- that was needed to be done. really comfortable with the answers you've given. while we haven't seen any data breaches in the 30 years i spent in i.t. and data security, i could tell you, the question is not if you are going to be hacked -- it is when. it is a race to stay ahead of the bad guy. i use the analogy of when i used to hunt in alaska. we would go bear hunting and put on a pair of tennis shoes. if we see a grizzly, i want to have my tennis shoes on, they would say, you cannot run a grizzly, and they would say, i just have to outrun you. you have to stay a step away in front of someone else. it sounds like i've already heard the answer to this question -- but do you have all the tools you need to keep carrying out this level of privacy and security, or are there additional things we can do in congress to help? >> at the moment, i think we are in pretty good shape. we have the flexibility and tools that we ne
