let's start with you, eric. see in your notes that you say there is still cash on the sidelines, that you expect to drive equity markets higher. you also think profit taking is healthy. what is your perspective on the market? where are we headed? >> i think longer term, there is still good reason for the market to go up. i think ekts look more attractive than sitting on cash or buying bonds right now. and i do think that it's healthy for the market to see a bit of rotation and for there to be a little bit of profit taking along the way. >> and do you think we're going to head past that key 10,000 mark? >> oh, eventually we will, but the timing of it is pretty unknown. what we're doing is we think that there will be a rotation, maybe more into some of the higher quality names. the biggest moves in the equity market have been in the lower quality stocks. it's almost been like a survivability trade. and now it's probably a good time to start looking at some higher quality names within the different industry groups

ana: give it to eric. see? debi: susie, what did you think about some of the strategies that she was using? susan: they were some really great strategies. the modeling behavior was really wonderful to see. modeling sharing instead of demanding sharing. giving the children the opportunity to express how they feel about big challenges of their sibling. the individual attention is really important. i think, sometimes, parents really need to do a big, special day with their child, but weaving it into the daily practice-- the activities that children like to do, like helping prepare to cook food, reading a book together, cuddle time, where they're just taking little moments through the day. i also encourage other things, like putting little notes in their backpack or under their pillow. or things that are just really special and they can kind of look at and hang onto. especially little pictures or a sticker somewhere. things that just remind them how much you love them, and you attach that experience with it. also,
