i'm eric thomas. thank you for joining us. we begin with developing news. a full-scale search for a missing teen from solano county end a short time ago win she was found safe. cornell bernard is live in vacaville with details. >> reporter: good news. she was found safe and sound, not far from her home in downtown fairfield. she appears to be okay. the search for her was happening here in vacaville's lagoon valley park, about seven miles away. she was considered an at-risk missing teenager with mental issues. police say she left home to walk her dog last night about 7:00 p.m., and never came back. there was a full-scale search with search teams from the bay area and the central valley looking for the girl. her dog was located this morning okay by a hiker. the dog was tied to a tree here in lagoon valley park. unknow how the dog got here. police are happy that hailey is okay but have a lot of questions. >> there are number of questions. obviously a lot has happened since 7:00 last night, and there's strange circumstances here. so, our investigators are going
