fox5's evan lambert reports. >> reporter: these are the fliers that family have posted for danielaven. he goes by danny. that's what his family calls him. he's 65 years old, has dementia. in just hours, the family will be back here at the beltsville fire department where they're asking for volunteers to help search for this missing man, daniel dehaven going missing on tuesday from the costco parking lot in beltsville. he is considered critically missing because of his dementia and especially because of the frigid temperatures. here are some pictures of him now. he was last seen when his family got separated from him tuesday around 11:30 in the morning in the beltsville costco parking lot. a family member went to get a shopping cart and then dehaven was gone according to police. it's now been four days. this morning volunteers gathered to search for dehaven but they didn't find him. on wednesday, the day after he went missing they canvassed the area. police say there was a potential sighting in silver spring but that tip did not pan out. here is daniel deleave haven't's son kevin.
