fairfield 46 degrees. and low 50s right now in concord. and in livermore.across the bay. few ripples out there. here's what you can expect the forecast for today. see the gusty offshore winds for the north and east bay hills. it will subside this afternoon. it will be sunny and milder temperatures today. we're going to come up even more. this sticks around through the week. here's why. we have this area of high pressure that blocks the storms. . pushes them to the north. it makes a dry week for us and the air is circulating in a clockwise direction bringing some gusty winds through the southern california area. they're going to see santa ana winds. red flag warning and high wind warning in effect through tomorrow afternoon. for us, at the surface, we're not going to see too breezy an afternoon today. but what you'll notice is the winds are coming again from the offshore. this land breeze is going to warm things up. air warms up faster over land much that's going to allow temperatures to come up into the upper 60s, even near 70 in some areas. like ukiah, san
