i am not of course calling professor fitzpatrick a socialist. i would never do that, please understand me, but it don't think this is necessarily a conservative or liberal issue. this is a smart government, it's may be considered pro-business perspective but i think i can from the in which i operate i think companies are trying to the best they can to deliver great products to consumers and to survive in a hypercompetitive environment in an overregulated economy. and as he noted i don't think conservatives are for ending all class actions. that's not my position. i think and look at history of this country certainly during the civil rights era, class action played a critical important role in bringing justice to people who would ordinarily not have been entitled to it. if you look at what we are today versus where we were 50 years ago, i don't think anyone would say that this is the right way to set up an economy, this is the right way to align incentives amongst lawyers and amongst the business community and consumers. so again i would say some
