here's video from news chopper 2 that shows a flare up triggered by strong winds late in the night. this fire threatened to jump the containment line. crews were able to fight back the flames and didn't allow the fire to jump across morgan territory road where there are a number of homes and ranches on the other side. the fire reignited in an area that was thought to be contained. and even though there's a mandatory evacuation order in place for that area, a number of people remained behind. and crews say that was problematic. >> we're advising people it's best to get out of the area they are living in so we can get fire equipment in. the time to evacuate is not when we're trying to get fire equipment in. it presents a hazard for the firefighters trying to get into the area. >> reporter: the morgan fire first broke out on sunday afternoon. hot, dry conditions spanned the flames. the exact cause of the fire is still under investigation. crews yesterday really gained the upper hand on this fire thanks to a relentless era tack that included drops on a large plane. there were water drop
