today the parking lot at folsom lake is flooded. that's good news and one sign of how much water we've gotten in the bay area this year. the bay bridge and numbers now, concord 56 degrees, livermore 52, san francisco 54, san jose 55 degrees, santa rosa 51, still mild monday, but big changes coming. tuesday the numbers begin to really climb. by wednesday we'll be in the low 90s inland, record highs for the bay area midweek. you won't know it heading out the door tomorrow, might even be drizzle along the shoreline in the early going heading back to work monday, but later in the week you'll be able to feel it as low pressure gets shunted to the north. high pressure over southern california begins to send a ridge straight over the bay area, so monday is mild. tuesday warms. it will be downright hot on wednesday and on futurecast we have just a whisker of low clouds tomorrow morning and stay that way through thursday, hardly a puff of low cloudiness as we establish an offshore flow and dramatically warmer temperatures by wednesday. tomor

new complaint in folsom. i haven't talked to the complainant. i will be following up with that particular item. >> clear born kitchen, they have a small place. they applied for a limited live permit a couple months ago. after readjusting their entertainment plan, they were granted for llb. there were no complaints, but basically a lot of complaints leading into the hearing. so, they are having an issue with the same neighbor. the issue is it's noisy. the stereo. i went in there to assess the situation and see what's going on. they have their speakers in the structure in the wall. usually there is some baffling that cuts down on the sound that escapes to the structure. there is no baffling. it's not well done. so basically i told the manager if i keep getting complaints i will be out here and it will get ugly and i don't want to be out here so many times for a simple fix. i recommended he remove the speakers from the wall. he said it would be fine. we are waiting to see what happens with that. if everything goes well, it will resolve itself. if n

new complaint in folsom. i haven't talked to the complainant.ollowing up with that particular item. >> clear born kitchen, they have a small place. they applied for a limited live permit a couple months ago. after readjusting their entertainment plan, they were granted for llb. there were no complaints, but basically a lot of complaints leading into the hearing. so, they are having an issue with the same neighbor. the issue is it's noisy. the stereo. i went in there to assess the situation and see what's going on. they have their speakers in the structure in the wall. usually there is some baffling that cuts down on the sound that escapes to the structure. there is no baffling. it's not well done. so basically i told the manager if i keep getting complaints i will be out here and it will get ugly and i don't want to be out here so many times for a simple fix. i recommended he remove the speakers from the wall. he said it would be fine. we are waiting to see what happens with that. if everything goes well, it will resolve itself. if not, it may c

looking in parts of northern california, folsom lake at about 79%. 92%, 91% for lake shasta and trinity lake at 58%. now, even though it seems like some of these numbers are a little bit low, they are very close to the historical average and they are not going to be all the way at capacity. let's head to the central parts of the state where don pedro at 64% and just 50% at san luis which is actually pretty good. but then we're doing the worst in southern california where they are not close to the historical average but still seeing some of those lake levels at capacity at about 58% in spots like millerton lake and castic lake at about 44%. some of that will be going up as the snowpack in the sierra continues to melt, so we're just now at the very beginning of that snow melt starting to happen. let's bring it back home as our temperatures are very warm, starting to warm up, in the low 60s now, feeling very comfortable. we'll break it down for livermore now, 64 degrees at 1:00. by 3:00 we're up to 70 degrees. into the low 70s today and a nice evening for being outside and enjoying a nice
