foster city picked up 3/4 of an inch and piedmont and the oakland hills had 2/3 of an inch, san mateo .61 and concord, .59 and union city .56. parts of marin county could get .65. the north i could see was 2/10ths. south of that there was double that. there's a dividing line here. what came through was the unstable air mass that favored the san mateo coast. there's light rain, nothing is popping up too heavy. we'll stay in the north bay, there's a line forming off of the san mateo coast. there's a lot of fog out there, especially for the inland areas, mainly 50s and if you're headed to the rain, there's high elevation snow, temperatures in the mild side in the 60s, it's not a cold system at all. 4:45 and sal tells us everything is okay. bart is running its first few trains slowly to look for track damage, there was no track damage reported at 2:39am, after they make it through the system and everything is cool, we're back in business, and things will get back on schedule. if you take the first thing it's a little late. this is back on fairfield and vallejo, as you look at this, there'
