yeah, we're on beach parkway and foster city. it's right on the water. we can see the same mateo bridge from here and behind us is the tree we're talking about. it looks like some sort of maybe monterey, cyprus, and the route is still in the ground, but it looks like something came down and just split it apart. we don't know if this was caused by lightning, possibly or maybe another tree or large branch came down and cut it down right in the middle. so half of it is falling onto the building behind us. and the other half fell on a couple of cars in the parking lot now. luckily no one was hurt, but the building affected here used to be a church and a preschool, but it's been vacant for a while. and as recently as 2019, the city of foster city considered rezoning this whole corner property and converting it into town homes. that was four years ago, and that obviously didn't happen. but in the meantime, whoever owns this property will have to bring in someone to help them. clean it up. we looked at some of the property records for this address, and it looks
