fox 5's bob barnard has more. reporter: montgomery county police say they don't know how many atms the kidnapper took the victim to and they're not telling us how much money was recovered, but they believe it was several locations over a two-hour period that may have included atms outside of montgomery county. the man says it started all around 2:30 this afternoon at the giant's supermarket parking lot at westfield wheaton plaza. they say that the man came out. he was just finished shopping when another man approached him, told him to get in the car. police say the kidnapper drove the car then around and made the man get out the money. they have spent much of the evening at the victim's nearby kensington home. he is 75 years old and apparently this thing all ended peacefully late this afternoon. >> at one point the victim had talked to the suspect and the suspect then agreed to let the victim go. he relinquished the vehicle back to the victim and the victim was released unharmed. >> he is a little shaken up, but h
