[laughter] a couple questions that you may have heard us ask secretary foxx that i'm going to the askyou're a young person coming to washington from boston. what's your advice to succeed? >> make sure that you work really hard that you understand that the pace is very fast. you have an ability to make decisions to extent that you can, and you take a little risk in terms of always wanting to get the next job to be one that you're not exactly sure you can manage well, but it will expand your horizons. >> as you come up in state and now federal government, what's the mistake that you see people making? >> oh, that's a really good question. i think one of the things that i like to focus is on is i like getting things done, getting things over the finish line. >> i can tell. >> can i think people underestimate at every level of government the higher you get, the more it's difficult, the more the bureaucracy can begin to talk over and get in the way of the intent that you're looking for, and you need to have, you need to be dogged as much as possible so you don't let those bureaucratic hurd
