>> reporter: it's interesting, francis. we saw that on tuesday night when he delivered that victory speech in new york. what we're seeing on the campaign trail is the same speech, hitting ted cruz, calling him the lying ted. we expect to see much more of the same. trump recently has started calling on his rivals, both ted cruz and john kasich to drop out. he's been arguing they have no path to the nomination in his words and he wants them to get out of the race. obviously the cruise campaign and kasich campaign have no intentions of doing so. both buckled in, ready to go for a possible contested convention in cleveland in july. for trump, there's a lot at stake in these northeast and mid atlantic primaries coming up on tuesday. if you look at polling, he's fairly strong, leading in many by double digits when you look at pennsylvania and maryland. if he wins more than half the delegates available on tuesday, his math gets easier. he grows from needing 57% of the remaining delegates in coming contests to lock up the nominatio
