nats a few miles away along sir francis drake, flood waters covered half the roadway. the water was clear and sitting in shadows which made it hard to see. despite these yellow signs more than a few drivers were caught off guard. nats this flooding turned out to be the result of a clogged storm drain. county crews were able clear it a few hours later. nats in nearby san anselmo, the creek was boiling and running fast but the waters were staying well below flood stage. nats despitethe rain, fletcher matthiesen and his mom shannon were out running errands in downtown san anselmo tuesday afternoon. i asked flether what he likes and doesn't like about the rain. sot >>:i like jumping in puddles. what don't you like?getting wet and cold. >> reporter:can't argue with that. shannon says the moisture is a mixed blessing. sot i think it')s great for the environment but not so great for us trying to get back and forth for our commute. by late afternoon, the rain had let up a little bit but just after sunset the wind kickd up and heavy rain returned. the sierra nevada's first snow
