all of this happened behind knee to at the 7-eleven at the frankford section of philadelphia. take a look at the video. eyewitness was there as police reunited mother and son. this is the 7-eleven at bridge street and oxford. police say this started around 2:30 this morning when a stepfather drove his 6-year-old son to the 7-eleven. police say when they arrived, the stepfather went inside and left the boy in the back seat of the car with the car still running. that's when police say another man got in the car and sped off with the little boy still sleeping in the back seat. he was only in his pajamas. the car was eventually found a short distance away about a half mile away on it 4900 block of leaper street and again the boy is now reunited with his mother safe and sound. happened about an hour after all this started. back out here live on the scene at the 7-eleven in the frankford section, scary 60 minutes for this family. fortunately both the car and the little boy found reunited with his mother. philadelphia police are still looking for a suspect. we will bring you updates.

septa continues to run our market frankford and our broad street lines. we ran them overnight and we continue to run on our saturday schedule and we have not experienced any problems. so if you are going to -- if do you have to travel if you have to get into center city those lines have been very reliable throughout the storm. we continue to also run our trollies and our trains throughout our rail network. we do that so that we keep our railheads clear, you know from the snow accumulation. i'd like to reiterate what the mayor said about staying off of the trolley tracks because if we're going to resume our service we need to be able to run our troll trollies overnight to keep the trails clear. so if you can help us, keep your cars off of the tracks, it will help us return service quicker. we continue to inspect our infrastructure, our switches, our signals, our power lines to make sure that we are able to resume service. we would like to thank our employees they are weathering the storm like many of us throughout the city and the surrounding counties. the
