take a look here, this is frankford avenue. and you can see, that it is pretty much clear, we've drove on this road, in order to get to this location, and we had no problems at all. now, the problems come, again, when you go to these side streets here. this is decator street. we will swing on over, you can see, that there are still layers of snow and ice on this road. you see these tires slipping here. than is what people are dealing with, sidewalks here, not much better. some people haven't gotten to it. so even if you're walking, you'll be running into some and stock as, but taking septa today, definitely some things you need to know. buses, trolleys, run normal schedule, spec detours and delays as these buses and trollies navigating through these difficult conditions. now, after all kind of delays last night, regional rails will be operating on modified saturday schedule today. that's about 75% of what they would normally run on a regular weekday. now, that's all due to the aging infrastructure, septa really doesn't want to
