fred and manuel.'s hard to ask you to relive the worst day of your life but these families here in uvalde this morning, what are they going through? >> trying to figure out how to get from one second to the next. i -- i remember that week and honestly my wife and i talk about this a lot now, we don't even know how we ate that week, we don't know where the food came from, i don't know who fed my son. so in many cases it's basic necessities and just getting from one second to the next. it's this reality and necessity to have to plan a funeral, to write eulogies, to embrace one another and hold each other up just so that you can make it to the next day. it's brutal and it's hard and it's violent, and you start learning about the violence that took the lives of these children that you love. it's not easy and i just want those families to know there is an army of survivors like manny and i who are out there, we are there for them, we will continue to be there for them, and if they need us now, we are there
