fannie and freddie are making money. the book of business is a lot less risky than it was in the run-up to the financial crisis and as you noted in your comments, to private investors, moving in that direction. we touch on it but let me come back, why leave that? >> the transactions and securitization, these are moving us along the right path but your question is the bull's-eye. the risk is enough people say this is working, why should we change it? you never do address the status of these large government corporations, that are in conservatorship. we deal with that issue, any company in front of the parade over time, have the ability to affect public policy, and the exposure in the 1990s, we do need to grasp that set of issues. and in front of these things, and also don't go back to a system where we are reliant on one or two players, too big to fail, sorry to see that happen at the end of the crisis, with respect to the banking system. >> affordable housing, since 1992, and affordable housing goals and they still do. a

they have to go through fannie and freddie. we have raised the standards in this country for mortgage availability after the crisis to a very high level by most measures overall. it is great if you have it a credit score of 750 but it is not good if you are at 680. they cannot give a mortgage to anybody who walks in the door whether they wanted it or not. at the same time, we don't want don't want to go to a areem where the two gse's the only sources of securitization. it is better to multiple sources of competitive capital and have market share more broadly spread. it you would address the concerns. here andntleman over we will go to the other side next. >> gsa analytics. my question is, can you go into detail about what you believe a security level guarantee is better than an entity guarantee? >> sure. catastrophic risk is to protect the market and i think you do that by protecting the securities. by protecting me investors in the securities. to connect the actual entity, the operations of the entity, the management of the en
